Medicinal Plants You Can Grow At Home

Long before the invention of antibiotics and other pharma drugs, people used more natural things for their ailments and many of these medicinals, not surprisingly, come from plants.

Almost every culture that you can think of have relied on plants for not only food, but for the maintaining of health, and restoration of it if one is suffering.

In recent years, we’ve personally been learning more about the benefits of herbs and foods for medicinal purposes and we continue to be amazed at how useful so many of these plants are, and what they can help with.

Take Camomile for instance. With a sweet, crisp, fruity and herbaceous fragrance, has long been used medicinally as a remedy for problems regarding the digestive system. It has a soothing and calming effect in the area of aromatherapy, used to end stress and aid in sleep. The entire herb is used to treat common aches like toothache, earache, shoulder pain and neuralgia.
